REFLECTION
My favorite project of the year was probably the sgraffito plate because it was so different. We were making a plate that involved painting, tracing and carving, stuff we haven't done all year.
One struggle I had was that my tracing on the sgraffito plate was not easy to see. It was to hard to carve out a Bears logo so I decided to restart and make a whole new plate.
Coming into Ceramics at the beginning of the year I didn't even know how to turn clay into a ball but after a couple of months I now know the techniques to make a plate with clay, a monster, and even a pot/vase if I ever needed one. It was a stress-less, enjoyable class.
